Message	he's done a bunch of eprom burning, board repairing and ECU socketing for members here. His prices are good and his turn around time is very fast too ... just E-mail him. I think he could make you a back-up copy of the chip pretty cheap so that you wouldn't have to risk using the one with repaired legs on it. Also be sure to ask him for the twinturbo.net discount.
